I have to be honest, this was NOT the best tour I've taken. 1) The tour was in English, however, we were with a larger Japanese group in the same van so it quickly became difficult, at times, to understand when both guides were talking. 2) The tour started around 9am and ended around noon. I was under the impression that it was a longer tour. 3) We did not go to Jogyesa Temple, as promised. 4) We did not go to Insadong, as promised. 5) We were taken, instead, to an amethyst jewelry shop. On a positive note, the tour guide was adequate and prompt. The palace was lovely and the changing of the guards was beautifully timed and memorable. We did manage to find the Jogyesa Temple and Insadong on our own, later in the day, but I was quite disappointed that the tour fell short on it's promises. I cannot say that I would recommend this specific tour but I will most probably use City Discovery again. Sincerely, Shannon Stafford

The tour guide Michelle was informative, knowledgable and professional. The tour company delivered what was committed. Our tour included lunch and back to the hotel. When the tour bus was not available, the tour guide hailed a taxi for us and took us back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this tour.

I'm not sure one loves a trip to the DMZ since it is very sad. However, the tour was excellent. There were just 4 English speakers on the tour - the rest were Japanese, but the company provided us with an excellent and informative English -speaking guide. The tour gave valuable insights into the tensions between the two countries. I was extremely satisfied with the tour.

This tour is everything it was described and more! Our tour guide was awesome and the tour itself was super well organized! Visiting the DMZ is just an undescribable experience if you happen to be into history. Being at the DMZ in person gives you a much better perspective of one of the world's most contended political issues thsese days. All in all, I highly recommend this tour for anyone who's interested in global issues of historical value.
