It was a great tour and the guide was very knowledgeable. The only problem was that at the end of the tour, we were dropped off in the town centre and had to make our own way back to the hotel. As there were 6 of us, it worked out quite expensive to return to the hotel by taxi. We would have been better off going on the same tour by another company, who actually picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The other problem was that we had very limited time at the first stop where we could have bought some postcards and magnets. As a result, we did not buy any and then could not find any in the shops that we visited throughout our holiday.

Our tour guide had such a soft little voice, her English was very difficult to understand, even when she was standing a few feet away from us. We had 2 guides, each of who spoke two different languages. Thus, we had to wade through all the other lectures. Wouldn't do this tour again unless it was all English and we have a guide who speaks up with passion.

We spent a very pleasant day during our Lake Balaton tour: our guide, Laszlo, gave us a lot of information about the places we visited and was nice and prepared. The visit at the porcelain factory in Herend was interesting and the creations were real works of art (and I'm not that much into porcelain!!) : it was nice to have a tea in those beautiful cups! The lunch at the traditional Czarda was ok but nothing special: we had fish as main course but we expected it more elaborated, it seemed to be like that frozen fish that you can find at your supermarket anywhere in the world. Apart from this little thing, we have to say that Tihany and above all Balatonfured are amazing, we had a great time taking photos, admiring the panoramas and relaxing! It was also nice to discover the Western Hungarian landscapes by bus, we recommend this tour if you want to spend a nice day outside Budapest!

This tour was very enjoyable and interesting. It is worth paying to enter the Hungarian Parliament as it allows you to skip the queue. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. A taxi was sent to the hotel at the time it was stated that we would be picked up. I would recommend this.

He had started his work as a guide a few days ago and even though he had an enormous amount of interesting konwledge about history and culture we could not always understand what he was trying to explain since his English was rather insufficient, sadly.

It was our first morning in Budapest. We had Anita as our guide. She was brilliant and explained the history of Budapest as we toured the city. The content of the absolute All in One Walking tour was perfect for us as it gave us a flavour of both Buda and Pest, inspiring us to do some of the buildings in more depth and going to some other places that Anita recommended to us.

Very nice guided tour, we started our holiday with this tour and were only the two of us and the guide, who was very friendly and knew a lot about Budapest. We learned about Hungarys history and saw the must sees, which saved us a lot of time. Furthermore we had a break in a restaurant, where we got some cake and hot/cold drinks, it was very nice and the guide showed us a lot of places on a map, which could be exiting for us to visit.. We can only recommend first time visitors to choose this tour - it gives a great overview of the mainplaces of Budapest and makes it easier to get around between them afterwards.

Enjoyed the tour but unfortunately it was cut short by about an hour without explanation, perhaps because it had started to rain, but we were not given the option to continue. Also had an unexpected coffee break in the tour organisers' offices, which further shortened the actual tour. The day we had this visit, it had been 37 degrees celsius and it was still humid in the evening. We were very tired but enjoyed seeing the sights at night and the boat tour was fantastic. The latter included 2 free drinks, which were very welcome.

For on-line registrations, please include in your reply/confirmation a detailed map of Deak square identifying the Reform Church meeting point. Your brochure should describe the duration of the tour. We had already walked about 6 hours that day and another 2 hour stroll was tiring (We're both over 60.) Our guide was a high-school history teacher who was extremely knowledgable about the local buildings and Hungarian history. I think his name was Tchaba (very tall man who walked fast). His commentaries and descriptions were fascinating and informative. The cruise was delayed due to a concert at the Cultural Centre and we waited for at least half-an-hour for the remaining passengers to join us. The boat cruise was beautiful and we are glad we saw the Danube at night. We would have liked hearing brief descriptions of the buildings we were passing. The boat was clean and staff were very courteous. The second staff person who joined us on our cruise was very helpful. Due to the delayed start and late conclusion of the cruise, the subways were no longer running. The staff person called a taxi and stayed with us until the taxi arrived - a dedicated employee. We would recommend this tour to others - the walk was very informative, the cruise was beautiful and staff were very accommodating. I have tried to upload two files from our stroll and cruise but have not been successsful.

We did this tour as it was a birthday gift for me from my husband. I was a little nervous about the segway at first but as we were only a small tour of 4 people and we had a wonderful guide we had plenty of time to practice before we started the tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very patient - even giving me extra practice when I was anxious. As soon as the tour started, I felt at ease and within 10 minutes, my husband and I felt completely relaxed on the segways and didnt want to get off. Loved this tour! Thanks so much!

A great way of getting your bearings and deciding what you want to see and when. Its a 24 hour ticket so if you get on the bus at 11am on Friday you can get on the bus again the following day for a complete circuit at 11 - great idea
