This 3-hour private car tour shows you the major historic buildings of Brussels, from those in the medieval city center to contemporary buildings in the suburbs. The Grand Place and its surroundings, the Rue Royale, the Royal Palace and the museums district, the Palace of Justice and a fantastic panoramic view from the Place Poelaert, Cinquentenaire Park, the European Union district and the Sablon, a gem which contrast sharply with the Marolles, the city's working class melting-pot.

Discover the history of Brussels through its hidden places and buildings, adapted or lost in the little streets, like the old City Gates, treasures of Art Nouveau and Horta's influence on a whole generation of architects. Several of the most spectacular Art Nouveau buildings are now recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

We will drive to the northern part of the city and see the beautiful parks and pause at the Atomium, the symbol for 1958's world fair, for a picture. Admire the Japanese Tower and Chinese Pavilion and see places and sights that a regular city tour by coach cannot reach.

Belgian fashion and design belong on the international stage, so it's no surprise that Brussels has become somewhat of a paradise to the serious power shopper. Learn where to shop for vintage bargains or upcoming talents, as well as information about where to buy chocolate, where to try Belgian cuisine etc. Brussels waffles and other fine specialties will be served to try in the car.
